The seller of the goods offered in this online store, IK IX CLOUD, registration number 40002223993, legal address: Kometas iela 12-6e, Riga, Latvija, LV-1004, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

1.1. This Distance Contract (hereinafter — the Contract) is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts".
1.2. A Distance Contract is an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the internet without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
1.3. By placing an order in this online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this Contract.

2.1. The Buyer orders the goods through this website, specifying the type, options, and quantity of the goods to be purchased.
2.2. The prices of all goods in the online store are indicated in Euros (EUR).
2.3. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods and shall be covered by the Buyer, unless stated otherwise.
2.4. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods using the built-in payment tools provided by the online store (via Montonio payment gateway) or by paying an invoice sent by the Seller.
2.5. The Contract is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer has placed the order and completed the payment.

3.1. The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 2 to 5 / up to 30 business days after receiving the full payment for the order.
3.2. Delivery shall be executed using the method chosen by the Buyer during the checkout process (e.g., parcel terminal, courier, etc.).
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing precise and accurate shipping information.

4.1. The Buyer (if they qualify as a consumer under Latvian law) has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send an unambiguous written withdrawal notification to the Seller's email: studio@theixcloud.com.
4.3. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notification.
4.4. All direct costs associated with returning the goods shall be covered by the Buyer, unless the Seller has explicitly agreed to bear them.
4.5. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4.6. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer for the returned goods within 14 days from the day the Seller received the return or proof that the goods were sent back.

5.1. All disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved through mutual negotiations between the Seller and the Buyer.
5.2. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and through the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or Latvian courts.
